Rosewood Design Lab is a Philadelphia-based digital agency dedicated to improving our client’s communication and brand efforts. We create custom, mobile friendly, websites, unique mobile apps, and custom, sales-driven and traffic-driven chatbots for our clients to deliver their messages to their target audiences. 

A college degree is preferred but not required. Must have some sales experience, as well as an understanding of digital marketing, website design and development, mobile app design and development, and knowledge of chatbots and their use. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, exhibit excellent organizational skills, strong communication traits, as well as a persistent sales nature. Job Functions

• Obtain qualified sales leads and setting appointments
• Perform cold calling
• Participate in networking events to expand existing customer base
• Present our products and services in an attractive, engaging manner
• Fill out required paperwork and obtain proper signatures from the clients
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
• Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth

Skills/Abilities:

• Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers that possess varied personalities and temperaments
• The ability to provide superior customer service and understand its importance to the success of the company is essential
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and leadership skills are preferred

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred (but not required)
• Experience in digital sales or similar sales/customer service role
